E-to, is a small food company in Miyazaki, Japan started by three mothers. Our motto is to develop and sell “new” products
everyone thinks are “delicious” using ingredients “friendly” to the body as much as possible. We take pride in our products and
respect our colleagues, aiming to be a company where employees can work for a long time.

OUR PEOPLE

Most of our staffs are mothers. We carefully make our products wholeheartedly, just like we prepare meals for our family. Because we
believe we have a responsibility to make our products that is safe for our own children to eat and have a good time. And also we believe
such attractive products are the result of a fulfilling life.

HISTORY

Since the product development in 2015 and the relocation of the new factory, we have been perplexed but run through the days.

We have overcome many difficulties with our creativity and solidarity while rising children and supporting each other.

This is the foundation of E-to’s driving force.

•Started business as a sole proprietor.

•Incorporated and changed the company name and organization to E-to Co. Ltd.

•Started manufacturing and test-marketing of "cara-imo" as the first product of Miyazaki Prefecture Food R&D Center's "Food Open Lab".

•A manufacturing factory was opened in Gujibun, Miyazaki City.

•Won 1st place in CA votes out of 107 products nationwide, chosen as “ANA My Choice”,  and sold in-flight for a limited time.

•New factory construction began.

•Started operation of the new factory.

•Increased in capital.

•Recognized as a Regional Future Leading Company.

•Selected as a Miyazaki Prefecture Future Growth Company.

•Obtained "Hinata no Kiwami" certification.

•Received "Miyazaki Prefecture Small and Medium-sized Business Grand Prize 2021".



SANITATION MANAGEMENT

Sanitation management and Quality Control

Our manufacturing factory is JFS-B certified which includes HACCP implementation. At the time of our founding, we used the Miyazaki
prefecture's facility "Food Open Lab", which follows HACCP, to develop our products. This experience led us to operate in a manner that emulates their methods and to obtain the JFS-B certification. We have experienced numerous factory audits by our customers, and all of our staff work together to maintain even higher level of sanitation management and quality control.

It is of utmost importance for food manufacturers to deliver safe products to customers. JFS-B certification proves that we have estab-
lished and are operating a management system to produce and deliver safe snacks to our consumers.

HACCP

An abbreviation for “Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point”, is a food hygiene control system in which FBOs assess hazards such as contamination of pathogenic microorganisms, foreign objects etc. throughout the process from receiving raw materials to shipping final products, and control the process focusing on the critical steps to remove or reduce these hazards to an acceptable level.
